- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Even if you are responsible and get a cab for the night; be on your best behaivor.. Here's the deal: It is 1am after 2 bars, I am in a cab..A CAB. I was a passenger. Cab driver makes and error and gets pulled over. To my right is a bright flash light. Up to this point, I had not said a word.. I have 4 witnesses to that. I roll down my window as requested by the officer. He proceeded to ask me "What my problem was". He continued to press me verbally as to why I was looking at him that way.. Seriously, he was totally trying to provoke me into a confrontation. I had done nothing wrong and others in car had asked him to leave me alone since I hadn't said a word since they stopped us... May I remind you, I was in a cab.. NOT DRIVING!By A Google User, November 13, 2016
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Borough seems more interested in giving parking tickets than having people come downtown and spend money. In October of 2015, I was with a group who probably spent $500 during the evening only to find a $25 parking ticket when we arrived back at our car at 11pm. Despite two visits to the meter, they actually had someone trolling the streets on a Saturday night giving parking tickets. Nice touch West Chester.
